Steak Tacos from Wellness by Lex

 
 
 

Ingredients

  • 2 Corn tortillas

  • 4-5 ounce ribeye steak

  • Red cabbage

  • 3 ounces avocado

  • Chopped white onion

  • Chopped Tomato

  • Lime

  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Salt and pepper the front and back of your steak

  • On medium heat, add some olive oil spray then add your steak

  • Cook ribeye for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side, this will really depend on how you prefer your steak to be cooked.

  • While your steak is cooking, mash your avocado and add in your white onion, tomato, squeeze of lime, garlic powder and salt/pepper

  • Once the ribeye is cooked, transfer it to your cutting board and let sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing it

  • Heat up corn tortillas on the stove with a little bit of olive oil spray

  • Top your corn tortillas with your ribeye steak and homemade guacamole
